Composite Decking

What is Composite Decking?

Composite decking, or Wood Polymer Composite (WPC), uses a combination of recycled natural wood fibres, recycled plastics and a small number of additives to create a long lasting, hard wearing deck board with good anti-ageing and anti-UV properties. Available in a range of styles, suitable for both domestic and commercial use, this eco-friendly product is designed to give you many years of use for the minimum amount of upkeep possible.

Why should I choose Composite?

For many decades, people have been building decks from timber. So why do we need composite? Put simply, its just better. It lasts longer, requires less maintenance and its slip resistance and anti mould properties mean that your deck will be usable for more of the year. With its range of colours and styles we will help you come to a design you like which once installed will be there for your enjoyment for many years to come.

How do I look after my deck?

WPC Decking is designed to be low maintenance and easy to clean. Once your deck has been installed, a link to the cleaning guide will be sent to you, but simply put, it can be as easy as mopping your kitchen floor.  Warm water, soap and a soft broom will be enough for most, but WPC can withstand, and benefit from, using a pressure washer on it twice a year to clean out all the garden detritus which will inevitably accumulate.
